Keep PHI Secure - Protect PHI Privacy

• Arrange computer screens so they are not visible to unauthorized persons
• Log in with password, log off or engage lock screen (Windows Key + L) prior to leaving work area, and do not leave computer unattended
• Do not share passwords
• Do not allow others to access this computer
• Only use secured networks if in a public place
